About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Manager to drive our business development effort with prospective NAPs in relevant joint markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely alongside the Head of Joint Business & Partnerships, and counterparts at Qatar Airways to shape and drive the business development process, particularly sales pitches and commercial negotiations.
  • Cultivate leads and initiate contact with prospects through to negotiation.
  • Foster strong, collaborative and positive relationships with internal and Qatar Airways stakeholders, understanding their needs and objectives throughout the business development process.
  • Leverage compelling case studies and feedback created by the Global Currency team to support business development activities.
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for relationship management and experience of working with strategic global brands.
  • Comfortable with significant international travel and able to manage parallel opportunities, potentially in different parts of the globe, at the same time.
  • Experience in a business development or account management environment, preferably with sector background such as Financial Services or Retail.
  • Negotiation experience with the ability to take multiple perspectives into account.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and proactive at problem solving, pre-empting risks and challenges.
  • Data-centric and use insights/analytics to shape decision making.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
