Job Description:
As a Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD) with our Active Care Group Recruitment team, you will be responsible for protecting and supporting the health of individual patients/residents, assessing their care and health education needs, and developing programmes of care including discharge planning. You will work under supervision to gain experience and skills in clinical practice, facilitation and teaching, and management.
