Clinical Team Manager Role:
We are recruiting a Clinical Team Manager to lead our nursing team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital. The successful candidate will have expertise in mental health care and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve care standards.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize team performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service over a 24-hour period.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current NMC Pin registration.
- Limited to a legal right to work in the UK.
