We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Rowley Hall Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in the UK. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to in-patients and out-patients, managing a stimulating caseload that includes orthopaedic, spinal, podiatric, and surgical patients.


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing evidence-based clinical care that is safe, effective, and responsive to patient needs
  • Writing and reviewing treatment plans for complex MSK conditions to maximise patient recovery
  • Managing your own caseload, time management, and diary arrangements
  • Acting in a manner that respects patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
  • Providing and leading individual and group rehabilitation programmes
  • Committing to new and existing Physiotherapy Service Development
  • Complying with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards, and participating in clinical audit and quality assurance processes
  • Committing to Evidence-Based Practice and Continuing Professional Development

Requirements:



  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Current registration with the HCPC
  • Comprehensive understanding of CSP standards
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Good standard of computer literacy
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Willingness to flex working hours to the needs of the business
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis
  • Previous clinical supervisory experience
  • Willingness to work off-site at a satellite clinic, gym, and Day Surgery Unit

Desirable qualifications include training in SWT and acupuncture, and clinical educator experience. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience and contribute to the development of our Physiotherapy Service.
