We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapy Team Lead to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our physiotherapy services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, with a minimum of 18 months post-graduate experience. They will be responsible for supervising and supporting staff, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients from diverse backgrounds.

Salary: £44,606 - £70,259 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care services
