Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Rewards Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for driving the planning, development, and execution of our Total Rewards initiatives in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation structures that attract and retain top talent
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our offerings are equitable and competitive
- Provide high-level compensation advice and act as an internal rewards expert
- Lead the annual compensation cycle (merit) and participate in compensation surveys
- Use data and analytics to drive favorable business outcomes
- Partner with the HR Systems team to extract and analyze data
Requirements
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills
- Strong English language skills (with any other European language a plus)
Travel and Location
This role requires 10-15% travel in Europe and can be located anywhere in the region. Hybrid working is possible in this role.
