Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Rewards Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for driving the planning, development, and execution of our Total Rewards initiatives in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement compensation structures that attract and retain top talent
  2. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our offerings are equitable and competitive
  3. Provide high-level compensation advice and act as an internal rewards expert
  4. Lead the annual compensation cycle (merit) and participate in compensation surveys
  5. Use data and analytics to drive favorable business outcomes
  6. Partner with the HR Systems team to extract and analyze data

Requirements

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills
  • Strong English language skills (with any other European language a plus)

Travel and Location

This role requires 10-15% travel in Europe and can be located anywhere in the region. Hybrid working is possible in this role.
