Role Description
">As a Cleaning and Maintenance Coordinator with Bluetownonline Ltd, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all areas are clean and tidy, and that any issues or concerns are reported promptly to management.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Maintaining all facilities and equipment to ensure they are clean and in good working order
- Supporting the team with general cleaning duties as required
- Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities
- Monitoring and reporting any issues or concerns to management
Requirements
">To be successful in this role you will need:
">- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects (where necessary)
