SEN School Support Staff Vacancy

Hays Specialist Recruitment - Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a SEN Secondary School in Wellingborough for a Teaching Assistant to work with young people aged 11-18 with cognition and learning needs/ASD.
The successful candidate will join a school with approximately 150 students and an OFSTED 'outstanding' rating. The school provides enrichment opportunities outside of the school setting to support children in preparing for their next steps once they leave school.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate, estimated at £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience), along with holiday pay and pension contributions per week.
Key requirements include a minimum of 1 year's experience working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
