We are seeking an exceptional Head of SEN to join our dynamic team at The People Ninjas in Northamptonshire.

The People Ninjas is a national group of 13 independent OFSTED-regulated schools, each striving to innovate, influence, and inspire others through high-quality and purposeful education and training.

Our mission is to provide every child with a second chance at education, and we believe that every student deserves a supportive and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our SEN department, working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with teachers and support staff to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborating with external agencies to secure additional resources and support for students.
  • Leading training and professional development sessions for staff to improve their knowledge and skills in supporting students with SEN.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
