We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Head of SEN to join our team at The People Ninjas in Northamptonshire.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of educators, supporting students with a range of special educational needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our SEN department, working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with teachers and support staff to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborating with external agencies to secure additional resources and support for students.
  • Leading training and professional development sessions for staff to improve their knowledge and skills in supporting students with SEN.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
