Teaching Assistant Role in SEN School

Are you looking for a teaching assistant role that offers a sense of purpose and fulfillment? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at a SEN Secondary School in Wellingborough.
The school is passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential and provides enrichment opportunities outside of the school setting to support children in preparing for their next steps once they leave school.
The estimated salary for this role is £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience), and we offer a range of benefits including holiday pay and pension contributions per week, continued professional development and support, and a refer-a-friend scheme worth £250 high street vouchers.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 1 year's experience working with children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
