Job Title: Account Executive

At Add Some Zest, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from beginning to end, actively sourcing leads, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales process from beginning to end, including sourcing leads, running product demos, and negotiating contracts.
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to support and enhance ongoing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to generate opportunities and understand client needs.
  • Attend networking meetings, conferences, trade shows, and customer events to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Support the sales and delivery teams in the onboarding of new accounts.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of our SaaS products and all elements of associated products and solutions.
  • Demonstrate and uphold company values in all elements of your duties.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of SaaS and technology.
  • Account management, account development, and strategic account planning experience (mid-market/enterprise).
  • Team player who is people-oriented.
  • Ability to cope with peaks in workload.
  • Highly motivated with ambition and career focus.
  • Confidence to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly customer-focused with a professional approach to service delivery.
  • Presentable and credible with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • Interest in business issues and motivated to add commercial value.
  • Highly responsive with the ability to assimilate and interpret information quickly.
