Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

We're looking for an experienced email marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign execution, including content creation, campaign setup, scheduling, and testing.
  • Create and optimize email templates for various campaigns and target segments, ensuring brand consistency and a positive user experience.
  • Implement email marketing automation funnels, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on conversion-driven content and a deep understanding of various copywriting styles and content categories.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Impeccable English.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience with lead generation and database management.
  • Knowledge of industry policies and best practices for email marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
