We are a dedicated conversion rate optimisation (CRO) agency in the UK, focused on helping clients create an unfair competitive advantage through testing.
Our team of specialists and generalists work together to provide expert services including copywriting, behavioural psychology, user research, analytics, UX design, frontend development, and project management.
We have experienced significant growth over the last few years and are now investing in our next stage of growth to help us achieve our goal of helping clients start testing everywhere.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to support our team in establishing Conversion as the market leading experimentation agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales qualified leads, identifying key contacts and accounts, and collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to support lead generation through events and other activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales qualified leads through diligent research and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to identify opportunities for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track activity and projected outcomes.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with 2+ years' experience in a sales environment, preferably in an agency setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively interact with prospects. A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges and change is essential.
