At Conversion Factory Ltd, we're the UK's largest dedicated conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and testing agency. We empower our clients to better understand their customers and translate this insight into action.
We focus on helping clients create an unfair competitive advantage through testing. Our approach involves creating a testing framework that allows our clients to take calculated risks, not just change button colours. This enables us to test not only websites and apps but also pricing, product, and strategy.
We've delivered results for clients ranging from one-person lead generation sites to major brands like Facebook, Domino's Pizza, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Deliveroo. Our team is comprised of specialists and generalists with expertise spanning copywriting, behavioural psychology, user research, analytics, UX design, frontend development, and project management.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum based on experience.
Job DescriptionThis role requires you to drive Conversion Factory Ltd's future growth engine by building relationships with prospects, turning them into future customers. You'll provide visibility and predictability to the pipeline and support an outbound lead generation strategy to deliver new business opportunities.
