Job Title: Senior Conversion Rate Specialist

At AJ Bell, we are seeking a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital enhancement team, you will be responsible for driving conversion rate optimisation strategies to improve user experience and enhance customer engagement.

About the Role:
• Develop and execute testing roadmap alongside the Experimentation Manager to align with business objectives and initiatives.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
• Complete test analysis, communicating insights to internal stakeholders, and provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conversion planning: Develop and execute testing roadmap to support business objectives and initiatives.
• Conversion delivery: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
• Conversion insight: Complete test analysis, communicating insights to internal stakeholders, and provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.
• Experimentation platform expert: Become a platform super user, able to independently develop tests and metrics on the platform through to delivery.

Requirements:
• Previous experience of designing and executing conversion optimisation tests.
• Strong practical understanding of web technologies and HTML.
• Familiar with optimisation tools and platforms, preferably Webtrends Optimize.
• Experience using data analytics tools, preferably GA4 and Crazy Egg.
• Awareness and understanding of UX & CX design principles.
• Experience working with web developers.
• Advanced Excel skills.
