Our Team

We're now looking to recruit a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to support our team in driving business growth through conversion rate optimisation strategies. This role focuses on optimising user experience, increasing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conversion Planning: Develop and execute a testing roadmap to align with and support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Conversion Delivery: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
  • Conversion Insight: Analyse test results, communicate insights to internal stakeholders, and provide regular updates on progress and performance metrics.
  • Experimentation Platform Expert: Become a platform super user, able to independently develop tests and metrics on the platform.
  • Website Analytics: Monitor and analyse website and digital performance using web analytics and customer feedback tools.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Work with UX/UI designers and developers to implement user-friendly design principles and improve the digital experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, technology, and UX teams to execute the testing roadmap.
  • Industry Research and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
