Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

At Wowcher, we're looking for a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will focus on analysing, strategising, and implementing CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates and enhance user experiences across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage CRO strategies to optimise conversion rates for key digital properties such as websites, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • A/B & Multivariate Testing: Design, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses, optimise web performance, and improve user experience.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and funnel performance to uncover key insights.
  • User Experience (UX) Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving UX by analysing heatmaps, session recordings, and customer feedback, and recommending actionable solutions.
  • Provide regular and detailed performance reports, outlining the results of testing, key insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • User Behaviour Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to better understand user needs and pain points.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they impact conversion rates.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
  • Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B websites.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for better collaboration with development teams.
