Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Wowcher. As a key member of our digital performance team, you'll be responsible for analysing, strategising, and implementing CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates and enhance user experiences across our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRO strategies to optimise conversion rates for key digital properties
- Design, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve web performance
- Use analytics tools to monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and funnel performance to uncover key insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test changes, ensuring CRO efforts align with overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they impact conversion rates
- Hands-on experience with heatmapping and user feedback tools
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers
