Job Description:

At Disability Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Policy Specialist to join our EMEA Deal Desk team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring deal structure meets the company's bookings policy and internal policies.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in deal management, with expertise in CPQ and related pricing tools. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Systems is a must.

A competitive salary of $120,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in supporting Cornerstone's Sales organization. As a Sales Policy Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and vetting complex deals to ensure optimized pricing and compliance with published sales and business policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior Sales Leadership, account teams, and other internal partners.
  • Review and vet complex deals to ensure optimized pricing and compliance with published sales and business policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal deal cycle times.
  • Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance & Legal teams on all non-standard deals.
