About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Deal Desk Manager Professional to lead our EMEA Deal Desk team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing a Deal Desk team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders. A strong work ethic, hands-on approach, and ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for this role.

A competitive salary of $130,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving the success of our Sales organization. As a Deal Desk Manager Professional, you'll be responsible for identifying deal trends and driving efforts to categorize historical contracting and deal structuring trends based on sales segment or industry vertical.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify deal trends and drive efforts to categorize historical contracting and deal structuring trends based on sales segment or industry vertical.
  • Provide end-to-end support to complex accounts and deals, from quote configuration through deal execution.
  • Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate the Order to Cash process.
