Customer Experience Lead

We are looking for a Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Vodafone UK. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of customer workshops and ensuring that they meet the needs of our business customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
