About the Role

As a Senior Manager - Customer Excellence, you will be responsible for transforming our customer experience by developing and implementing strategic plans that meet Vodafone's goals. You will manage a team of up to 70 people, ensuring alignment with service and process improvement processes to drive customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven background in running multiple teams in a matrixed organisation. Strong influencing skills are required to deliver the right outcome for our customers.
