We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our Business Solutions & Customer Operations team in the UK. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement, efficiency, and customer-centric initiatives, and be responsible for measuring and optimising the end-to-end customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and explore data both externally and internally to create actionable insights identifying customer behaviour, customer needs, and measure Vodafone responsiveness.
