We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing business as a customer service representative. As an apprentice customer care specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our customers with all enquiries relating to our services.
  • Provide high-quality customer service for new and existing customers via email, phone, and virtually.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Ideally, GCSE's above grade C to include English and ICT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
