As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Engagement & Customer Care Teams to provide exceptional customer experiences to prospective, new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, including delivering demonstrations to upskill customers on our learner management system.
  • Update CRM and other administrative sales tasks to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service for new and existing customers via email, phone and virtually.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about helping people.
  • GCSEs above grade C to include English and ICT.
  • Ability to live the Flourish brand values and the Progress Group values.
