About the Role
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Growth Manager to join our team at LNRS Data Services Ltd Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients and developing long-term relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishing strong customer relationships while identifying growth opportunities.
- Expanding client base by connecting with new stakeholders and value streams within organizations.
- Developing in-depth understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
- Maintaining accurate records of client engagement and communication on our CRM system.
- Collaborating with local and global business functions to support our go-to-market strategy.
- Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing revenue in a DaaS/SaaS/tech environment.
- Ability to establish strong customer relationships and capture high-value growth opportunities.
- Experience expanding client base by going higher and wider within organizations.
- Strong analytical skills to develop in-depth understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain high-quality customer engagement.
- Experience maintaining accurate records of client engagement and communication on a CRM system.
- Ability to collaborate with various business functions locally and globally.
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
