Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client growth roles within events agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Planning: Develop strategic account plans, execute plans, and achieve margin and KPI targets for assigned accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster key stakeholder relationships within client accounts to maximize business opportunities.
- Pitch Team Leadership: Lead pitch teams to convert new business opportunities, ensuring solutions meet client briefs.
- CRM Management: Oversee all client activity through our CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve margin targets and KPIs for assigned accounts.
- Account Retention: Retain and grow existing client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client growth role within an events agency.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
