About the Role

The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience and location. As an Account Director, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding our enterprise-level clients. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at our largest clients. You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from Mention Me's platform. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing tailored strategies to meet and exceed client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at enterprise-level clients.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to ensure client success.
  • Proactive Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client success and deliver measurable business outcomes.
