Job Title: Client Growth Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Growth Manager to join our team at Blue Legal. As a Client Growth Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent client growth and expansion to our Credit Solutions Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data analysis of client-related performance data
  • Maintain and review profitable work from our clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts with current clients and new clients
  • Liaise with stakeholders to bring in new and valuable clients
  • Understand key trends and measure performance on client and internal KPIs
  • Carry out extensive data analysis on internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Client relationship/BD management experience in legal, DCA, or professional service sector
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in one or more core sectors, such as Utilities, Finance, Public Sector, Professional Services, and General Commercial
  • Expert knowledge in claims & enforcement or litigations
