Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Support Coordinator to join our legal team. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent administrative skills, who can provide essential support to ensure smooth operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records. If you have previous experience in a similar role and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise legal documents and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and format legal documents and reports
- Maintain and update client records and case files
- Liaise with clients and other professionals in a courteous manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Some experience in Family Law and/or Wills and Probate would be beneficial
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: £23,000 per annum
