Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records and systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform general office and HR administration duties, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Arrange company inductions for new starters, including IT equipment setup.
- Manage the company sign-in system, staff gallery, and office stock.
- Catering management, including ordering food and beverages for office lunches and events.
- Sources and books training for staff, ensuring upskilling and development opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating company events and social activities.
- Support the HR Officer, Head of People, and other departments with administrative tasks.
- Assist with onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Requirements:
- Good organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
- Strong written and communication skills, with ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team, planning and prioritizing work to meet targets.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position, working within a fast-paced office environment.
- The role is based in Blyth, Northumberland, with easy access to local amenities.
Estimated Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
