">We are currently seeking a Commercial Training Coordinator to join our team based at the all new, state of the art Energy Central Learning Hub. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills, and experience in business development and sales.
">The Commercial Training Coordinator will play a key role in managing and maintaining administration processes, working with the Head of Training and instructors/assessors to ensure all administration associated with the delivery of commercial training courses is kept up to date, maintained and archived to the highest level. They will also support instructors/assessors to ensure resources are available for the delivery of commercial training courses, and work with the Head of Training and finance department to track and maintain invoicing.

- Providing a high quality service to all customers">
- Managing and maintaining administration processes">
- Working with the Head of Training and instructors/assessors to ensure all administration associated with the delivery of commercial training courses is kept up to date, maintained and archived to the highest level">
- Supporting instructors/assessors to ensure resources are available for the delivery of commercial training courses">
- Working with the Head of Training and finance department to track and maintain invoicing">
- Contributing to the development of new business through phone calls, emails, exhibitions, marketing campaigns">
- Maintaining working relationships with external suppliers">
- Supporting the wider PTS administration team, being aware of activity in the absence of colleagues">
