**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Engineer to join our team at Careers Plus. This is an exciting opportunity to provide technical expertise and support in an educational environment.
As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering reliable IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. You will work closely with senior management, IT staff, and students to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also contribute to the training and development of IT staff, promoting a high standard of service delivery.
**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Deliver IT support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services.
- Support and train IT staff to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and procedures.

- A salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
