Commercial Training Coordinator Job Summary
">Port Training Services (PTS) is seeking a highly organised and experienced Commercial Training Coordinator to join our team based at the all new, state of the art Energy Central Learning Hub.
">The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills, and experience in business development and sales. They will play a key role in managing and maintaining administration processes, working with the Head of Training and instructors/assessors to ensure all administration associated with the delivery of commercial training courses is kept up to date, maintained and archived to the highest level.
">The Commercial Training Coordinator will also support instructors/assessors to ensure resources are available for the delivery of commercial training courses, and work with the Head of Training and finance department to track and maintain invoicing.

- Providing a high quality service to all customers">
- Managing and maintaining administration processes">
- Working with the Head of Training and instructors/assessors to ensure all administration associated with the delivery of commercial training courses is kept up to date, maintained and archived to the highest level">
- Supporting instructors/assessors to ensure resources are available for the delivery of commercial training courses">
- Working with the Head of Training and finance department to track and maintain invoicing">
- Contributing to the development of new business through phone calls, emails, exhibitions, marketing campaigns">
- Maintaining working relationships with external suppliers">
- Supporting the wider PTS administration team, being aware of activity in the absence of colleagues">
