Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Operations Manager to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless administration and efficient delivery of services.

The Office Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the company sign-in system, staff gallery, and office stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to the HR Officer, Head of People, and other departments, including data entry and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring seamless administration and efficient delivery of services.
  • Manage the company sign-in system, staff gallery, and office stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Officer, Head of People, and other departments, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate company events and social activities, including catering and logistics.
  • Source and book training for staff, ensuring upskilling and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office operations, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, with ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated individual, with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position, working within a dynamic and supportive team.
  • The role is based in Blyth, Northumberland, with easy access to local amenities.

Estimated Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
