Frontline Administration Assistant

Northumberland County Council's Family Hubs are seeking an experienced Frontline Administration Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our frontline staff, ensuring that they have the resources they need to deliver excellent services to families in our communities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting others.
This is a part-time fixed-term position (Sept 25) based in Blyth Central and Blyth West Family HUBs. However, staff may be required to cover other Family Hubs in Northumberland and support localities across the County as needed.
Our salary range for this position is £24,000 - £28,000, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, references, and health clearances.
