Office Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our administration team on a Fixed term (part-time) basis in the Southeast locality of Northumberland County Council.
This role is an important part of ensuring we are engaged with families in our communities, providing an efficient and effective front-line service for all visitors to our Family Hub via Reception and receiving telephone calls. We require someone who has worked in an office environment, demonstrating knowledge and skills and having a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and enjoy supporting those around them, being a real team player and committed to supporting frontline staff who strive to give children and young people the support they deserve for a brighter future.
The estimated salary for this role is £18,005-£20,102 per annum (dependent on experience).
The main office base is in Blyth Central and Blyth West Family HUBs, however staff may be required to cover other Family Hubs in Northumberland and support other localities across the county to meet service requirements.
