Job Description: Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Siamo Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our clients' warehouse operations.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving and dispatching goods, monitoring stock levels, and performing administrative tasks. You will also be required to collaborate with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy for incoming and outgoing loads, work with receipt and despatch teams to manage problem pallet areas, and perform hold and release processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving and dispatching goods
  • Monitor stock levels and perform administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy for incoming and outgoing loads
  • Work with receipt and despatch teams to manage problem pallet areas

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in stock control and familiarity with WMS, as well as attention to detail and the ability to meet daily targets independently. You must also be a team player with strong communication skills and PC literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
