About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications, maintaining office organisation, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors. They will also be responsible for data entry, documentation, and providing administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Communications: Handling incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and ensuring they are directed appropriately.
  • Office Organisation: Maintaining both physical and digital filing systems to keep records up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Suppliers & Inventory Management: Managing inventory for both office and fabrication activity by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
  • Purchasing: Sourcing and purchasing of materials, arranging transportation and delivery, and preparing paperwork so supplies and parts can be shipped.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately inputting data into systems, preparing reports, purchase orders, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Team Support: Offering general administrative support to the wider team, helping with scheduling, meetings, and project coordination.
