About This Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Administrative Support Professional to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for performing general office and HR administration duties, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Additionally, they will act as a first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate company events and social activities, including catering and logistics.
  2. Manage the company sign-in system, staff gallery, and office stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Provide administrative support to the HR Officer, Head of People, and other departments, including data entry and record-keeping.
  4. Assist with onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  5. Source and book training for staff, ensuring upskilling and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, with ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated individual, with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position, working within a dynamic and supportive team.
  • The role is based in Blyth, Northumberland, with easy access to local amenities.

Estimated Salary Range: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
