Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team in the North East region, offering a temporary position with a competitive hourly rate and flexible working arrangements.
This role is Monday to Friday, 9-5, based in the Morpeth area (NE61) with opportunities for remote work. The hourly rate is £19-21ph paid weekly via an umbrella company.
Main Responsibilities:- Providing guidance and advice to managers on employee relations matters, including casework, dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, dignity at work, performance management, absence management, redeployment, TUPE, change management, redundancy, probation, recruitment, and retention of quality staff.
- Attending internal hearings to offer People advice to panels on disciplinary actions, grievances, performance issues, absence management, and other related matters.
- Developing and reviewing people policies and procedures to ensure they reflect the latest legislative changes.
- Contributing to People and Culture Projects that support the delivery of BEST New Ways of Working and Service Improvement.
- Previous experience in a HR officer, administrator, ER, Employee relations, HR assistant, or People advisor role.
- Ability to travel to different locations.
- Hold a HR diploma, CIPD qualification, or equivalent.

- Competitive hourly rate.
£39,808 - £44,598 per annum, based on a 37-hour week and assuming a 52-week year.
