About the Opportunity

As a strategic HR partner at CV-Library, you will collaborate with the Site Manager to drive organizational development that aligns with our business objectives. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement people strategies that foster skill growth and improve performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive proactive support through the HR business partnering model.
  • Effectively address industrial relations and organizational challenges.
  • Nurture internal talent through talent and succession planning.
  • Promote fairness, equity, inclusiveness, and diversity throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure all managers and staff uphold these principles across the employee life cycle.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues to build an attractive employer brand proposition and attract top talent.

About You

You are a seasoned HR professional qualified to CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, with experience in leadership and strategic development in a unionized manufacturing environment. Your coaching and advisory skills will enable you to effectively work with senior stakeholders, management, and production supervisors on organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and performance management.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your experience, for this full-time position based in Blyth, Northumberland. The contract is 12 months long.
