Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Welcome and Reception Recovery Volunteer at our NRP Blyth location. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide a warm and welcoming meet and greet service to people attending NRP
  • To answer internal and external phone calls and transfer them to team members as needed
  • To replenish leaflets and resources
  • To create and maintain displays in the waiting area/rooms
  • To copy and print resources for colleagues
  • To update electronic resources like PowerPoint slides
  • To attend occasional community wellbeing events to promote our service
