In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the smooth operation of there Marine Base in Blyth. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and become an integral member of there team. As an Office Administrator, you will support a wide range of administrative tasks while contributing to a variety of interesting projects. Day to day responsibilities are varied but may include:

• Managing Communications: Handling incoming calls, emails and visitors with professionalism and ensuring they are directed appropriately.

• Office Organisation: Maintaining both physical and digital filing systems to keep records up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Suppliers & Inventory Management: Managing inventory for both office and fabrication activity by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

• Purchasing – Sourcing and purchasing of materials, arrange transportation and delivery and prepare paperwork so supplies and parts can be shipped.

• Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately inputting data into systems, preparing reports, purchase orders and assisting with various administrative tasks.

• Team Support: Offering general administrative support to the wider team, helping with scheduling, meetings, and project coordination.
