Customer Success Business Development Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to become a specialist in sales and account growth, with exposure to one of the world's largest vendors. As the market continues to grow, this role can serve as a starting point for progression within IT distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities
- Proactively discuss and identify solutions and opportunities with customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers, negotiating product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions
- Conduct price negotiations with customers within company regulations
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
- Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Maintain a well-organized CRM system with accurate customer information
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in sales
- Excellent sales skills and a proven track record
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Prioritization and planning skills
- Ability to strive for set targets
- Understanding of the sales process
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build key relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM
