Customer Success Liaison

Accuris is seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join its EMEA region team. As a primary customer-facing role, you will be responsible for ensuring the adoption and retention of our solutions through strategic relationship management and solution adoption success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer onboarding and success management programs
- Develop deep customer understanding, build strategic joint success plans, and establish measurable KPIs
- Train customers on product usage and provide technical support
- Measure customer health, product usage, and user feedback
- Act as a trusted advisor, establishing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer success or customer care experience in B2B environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages
- Strong empathy and patience, with experience in building long-term strategic relationships
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
