Customer Success Business Development Manager

- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in sales
- Excellent sales skills and a proven track record
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve set targets
- Understands Sales Process
- Effective Communication Skills
- Ability to build key relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
This role will give you the opportunity to become a specialist in this field. You will have exposure to one of the world's largest vendors and as this market continues to grow, it can offer you a starting point to progress within IT distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning outbound calls to customers in order to generate new business opportunities
- Proactively discuss and identify solutions and opportunities with the customer
- Achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
- Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Conducting price negotiations with customers within company regulations
- Managing customer backorder expectations and reporting
- Proactively developing relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Ensuring CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information
- Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
- Selling the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
