  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in sales
  • Excellent sales skills and a proven track record
  • Numerate with good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Priority management and planning skills
  • Strive to achieve set targets
  • Understands Sales Process
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Ability to build key relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM

This role will give you the opportunity to become a specialist in this field. You will have exposure to one of the world's largest vendors and as this market continues to grow, it can offer you a starting point to progress within IT distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning outbound calls to customers in order to generate new business opportunities
  • Proactively discuss and identify solutions and opportunities with the customer
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
  • Providing accurate and timely quotations to customers negotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
  • Conducting price negotiations with customers within company regulations
  • Managing customer backorder expectations and reporting
  • Proactively developing relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Ensuring CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information
  • Ensuring TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
  • Selling the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition
