About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX UK Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities
  • Proactively identify solutions and opportunities with customers to drive revenue growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers, negotiating product information, pricing, and promotions
  • Conduct price negotiations with customers within company regulations
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Ensure CRM system is up-to-date and provides accurate customer information
  • Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in sales
  • Excellent sales skills and a proven track record
  • Numerate with good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Prioritization and planning skills
  • Ability to achieve set targets
  • Understanding of the sales process
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to build key relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM
