Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX UK Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities
- Proactively identify solutions and opportunities with customers to drive revenue growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers, negotiating product information, pricing, and promotions
- Conduct price negotiations with customers within company regulations
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Ensure CRM system is up-to-date and provides accurate customer information
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in sales
- Excellent sales skills and a proven track record
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Prioritization and planning skills
- Ability to achieve set targets
- Understanding of the sales process
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build key relationships
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM
