Head of HR Operations - A Key Role in Transforming Operations

Annapurna HR is seeking a highly skilled Head of HR Operations to join a leading household brand, tasked with transforming their Operations function to support all entities within the Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and redefining the HR Operations team strategy and operating model, which will include, but not be limited to, HR Tools and Analytics, Payroll and Total Rewards.

The Role:

  • Design and develop People Operations policies and ensure continuous process improvement.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent and Benefits Leads to design and operationalize HR strategies into the day-to-day business operations.
  • Oversee all HR systems to ensure that they meet the needs of employees and the growing business, ensuring a high level of data integrity.
  • Drive employee engagement and build the organization's Culture by implementing programs which increase employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
  • Direct and mentor the HR Operations team to deliver a consistent and seamless employee experience across the entire business.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience working within a HR Operations focused position.
  • Experience having worked within a scaling business environment.
  • Have a strong understanding of the HR fundamentals and can successfully demonstrate driving large cross-functional initiatives from the ground up.
  • You are highly adaptable and committed to delivering a supportive, quality service to any business.

This role is to be based in London and paying up to £120,000 DOE + benefits.
